I'm upgrading my T430 to full 1080p, but accidentally ordered the converter board for a T430s. I was able to remove the S-model connector and jam a normal T430 connector into the input port, but have no idea if this will actually work yet.

    Any ideas, Mastodon?

Windows handles scrollbars in the kernel.
Windows, a modern operating system, handles scrollbars, those clicky-draggy things on the side of windows, in the kernel.
Windows, a modern, widely-used operating system, handles scrollbars, those clicky-draggy things on the side of windows, in the kernel, the part of the OS with the highest privilege, the part that is needed for... literally everything.
