pros of apache cloudstack:
- java
- apache
- few moving parts
- not openstack or proxmox

cons of apache cloudstack:
- ui is kind of messy and ugly (nowhere near as bad as proxmox)

jsp for example reflectively looks for getters and setters in javabeans style, and plenty of ORMs work similarly
