apparently my rat m has a "polling rate" of 120hz, and you want a bigger polling rate for gaming (1000hz ig?) so i cranked it up

tomorrow we might end up going to value village again to pick up a plastic guitar which is exciting. will just deal with a wii one if i can't find anything better.

i keep getting weird urges for video games like "what if there were a game where you're an urban planner and you gotta design a transportation system that helps as many and hinders as few people as possible, and after you design it you can actually walk around the city and hop aboard your public transit and see how people react to it and how it affects their daily routines in realtime"

well that was way more ds guitar hero than i thought i'd play

damn this thing hurts (already played a couple songs)

these games are terrible but they're fun to revisit every now and then

well since i don't have a guitar for clone hero yet, i'm gonna get my gh fix from somewhere else today

@monorail i definitely can't play that well haha. also i partially wanted ps/xb hardware because i have access to an x360 + digital download of rb3 with a bunch of dlc, and i can emulate ps3 rb2 perfectly, but i'm guessing i can just import all that into clone hero anyway?

there's gotta be a way to use LT and RT for clone hero so i can play with the xb1 controller just like i used to back when i first got gh3

@monorail i don't have a controller yet, haven't played rb/gh in years, and don't currently know how to download songs, but once i've gotten past all that i'd love to play with you

cat was just paddling at the window for several minutes - not unusual, so i ignored it. but eventually i went back into my room and it got louder through my open window?

tbh...while the post-bell challenges do seem fun, they don't seem nearly as fun as the mystery of unlocking new areas and figuring out what you can do in each for the first time, so i might not do them for a while/ever

i also don't really have the ability to unlock achievements or anything so it feels like it'd be a waste of time?

enjoyable game nonetheless, it was a good thing to get lost in for a few hours.

i keep accidentally calling untitled goose game "duck game" in my head and having to correct myself
