Hello everyone, as mentioned earlier I also bought the domain https://gnusocial.no - as well as running this pod.
Both services run on the same server, I now am starting to get a bit low on diskspace. so I have a new harddrive ready.
I will do the upgrade next week, I will notify in advance, I will also upgrade diaspora to the latest version, as well as take a full snapshot of the server so that I have a newer backup of everything.

I ( #YA stands for Yours Alfred ) am not #newhere, I just needed a pod that is not that crowded like my sechat.org one; I love to be on @[stig atle](/u/stigatle)'s #Norway #pod as my times in southern Norge have been the most beautiful ones in all my 70 years. From my telescope tonight.
My kids are crazy about space and the universe, so it was fun to show them this tonight.

At work I work with a really old version of Qt creator. At home I work with the latest and greatest, the latest version of Qt creator feels really solid, and is great to work with for a change :)

Today is all about relaxing. Just been out with the kids, then they play roblox (they love that game), now I have some time for my computer. Checking my steam library and seeing if I can find something cool to play.
Will most likely be Shadow empire.

Compiled #yaics with latest QT, I able to use it against the https://gnusocial.no server now. I have a couple of things I need to fix. But it works :)

I wanted to expand on the available free social media free for anyone to use.

Got a nice kvm switch today, lets me work on 2 computers with one screen, mouse and keyboard. Press the button and it switches computers :)

Sorry for the unannounced 15 minute downtime today, had to physically move the server, also did some software upgrades on the VM host machine.

There will be some slight downtime on https://diasporapod.no in about 3 hours due to electrical work.
