    After Brazilian ex-president Lula - twice found guilty for corruption and yet inexplicably granted a "stay out of prison" card by the Supreme Court last week - was greeted by egg throwing protesters while in full election campaign mode, the memes haven't been kind to him.

    This is real life, just happened in Brazil:

    The Ministers for Social Development, Civil House and Secretary of the Government have reported to the police that their telephones have been cloned and that unknown people have requested bank deposits using their WhatsApp accounts.

    The Minister for Social Development, confirmed that one of his contacts had made a deposit in the bank account used by the criminals.

    Obviously, he has people in his WhatsApp who are used to depositing money for him...

    One of Dilma's major complaints is that in the series Higino (ex-president Lula) is quoted as saying that it was necessary to "stop the bleeding" ie shut down the Operation Carwash investigation, when it was actually the Senator Romero Juca from the opposition PMDB (now MDB) party that said this.

    Not that it matters when they are all as guilty as each other in this massive corruption scandal...
