Their website looks like it's from '02, but they have great support via email/phone. New things can be ordered on their website, but if you want to order new things (like upgrading existing VPS's) it is all done by email.
I use the VPS M SSD and VPS XL SSD. Don't compare the RAM/CPU/Storage specs 1 to 1 with regular providers, but even than the price-quality ratio is much better. Only their uptime is slightly worse (~99,95% instead of ~99,99%).
