My desktop is an #Alienware Aurora R7. Does anyone out there know if this could easily run #Linux?

Or would it have certain hardware that made it difficult and cause driver issues?

I am very computer literate in general, but know basically nothing about Linux. I've dabbled over the years, but eventually it became too much of a hassle to use, so I'd always (unfortunately) go back to Windows.
