Saying "these people" in reference to you feeling attacked by black people is a tell-tale sign that you've got a lot of racism to unpack.

People seem a little confuse about responsibility to fight oppression.

If there is a system that oppresses and kills people for YOUR benefit, you are morally obligated to oppose it. Even if you yourself did not commit a crime, it is for YOU.

Yes, I'm talking to you, white people, men, cis people, heterosexual people, rich people. We ALL are *morally obligated* to tear apart a system that hurts other people for our benefit.

Okay so anti-racism allies, let's talk.

You expect cis white men to be horrible. You learn every second of history class and in literature, in movies and in real life. You know they're arrogant.

At the same time, you are constantly taught of white woman victimhood and white women advocating and fighting and white women being the face of empowerment and resistance.

But issa lie.

They're just as arrogant, if not more so.
