oshwm@schestowitz Jammers are illegal in UK ( https://www.ofcom.org.uk/spectrum/interference-enforcement/spectrum-offences/jammers ) and I would imagine a faraday cage around a building like that would be difficult to implement due to the ability for signals to leak along power lines etc. Of course if the Ecquadorians were working hand in hand with UK Gov to keep Assange under 'House Arrest' then the UK Police are unlikely to prosecute the use of jammers.
