What a crazy year it has been. I never really used social media that much until re-joining the fediverse in March.

I think 2019 will be a good year for the fediverse.

Instagram Export: uses JSON and a schema that is easily importable.

Tumblr Export: fuck developers, XML and zips.

Pixelfed tumblr import may be a few weeks away at best, more important priorities at the moment. #pixeldev

I have decided to scrap the tour page in favour of more Help Center documentation. The UI is pretty familiar and simple, so I don't think we need a tour guide. #pixelfed

Spent today working on a debug tool for pixelfed users, should help identify federation bugs and make reporting them easier. #pixelfed

One thing that drove me crazy was having to maintain a separate media preview UI for both timelines and posts.

Now they both use the same Vue Components. #pixeldev #vue
