    @noriko No sé si existirá o no, lo que está comprobado es que se nace como mínimo ignorante, y la ignorancia (que nada tiene que ver con falta de estudios) que no se ataja acaba llevando irremisiblemente a todo lo que significa ser de derechas.

    I started a new project in 2016 to rewrite GNU/Social and lost interest not long after. Late last year I picked it back up and made a lot of progress until I realized I should be using ActivityPub over OStatus. When I realized pleroma existed and mastodon had matured a lot I decided to focus on something else.

    Sometimes you don't get it right the first time but never give up! I'm glad I gave up socialnode/socialhub because :pixelfed: would never exist otherwise.

    @selea @dansup I agree, same for Mastodon.

    It's not free, people are spending some serious amount of time working on these projects, from programming to admin to moderation.

    It's only fair to at least encourage the users who can pay to pay. I'm giving to gargron and my local admin on that basis
