I need to keep reminding myself that I can't help anyone else if I end up in the hospital or the morgue, that I've done what I can, that when I'm having trouble feeding myself it's okay to let other people fight the good fight and take care of me.

That it isn't on any of us as individuals, and if everyone is doing what they can, those us who need to step back can step back without harm, because others will be stepping up as we step back.
