Conversation between an IAS officer and one person whom we shall call as AV
IAS: So I heard that you are calling me incompetent.
AV: Yes.
IAS: Why?
AV: For denying 20 people in Urban chennai their rations and making them suffer.
IAS: They didn't have Aadhaar.
AV: They could not enroll because their fingerprints didn't register.
IAS: Why blame me for that?
AV: You could have given them ration.
IAS: Those are the rules.
me: Hence the incompetent comment.
IAS: See tech. always improves over time.
AV: They are 80, they may never live till the tech. improves.
IAS: Yaar, people die all the time.
AV: Now you are a cruel man too.
IAS: Please talk of something else. I agreed to speak to you only because of your mother.
AV: So when are you getting an Aadhaar?
IAS: Yaar, please leave. I have work to do
