    What is the name of that effect where people will listen to a news report in a field they are familiar with and know that the media has it completely wrong. Then the news will go to another story in a field they are not familiar with and for some reason assume the reporting is accurate?

    That's how I feel when @adam and JCD bring up Game of Thrones. Hillary comparing herself to Cersei (not Daenerys) was almost too delicious to believe.
