Pepper 🐙10 years ago I had a very different life. I used to spend lots of time in this little fishing village training marine observers.
About eight years ago I broke up with my then boyfriend and took my class out drinking to the local pub. We got smashed. And the next day was their Navigation Exam, I could barely manage invigilating that session. But they all aced it.
Today, I walked into that same pub and the barman remembered me. 🙃
