I'm moving to Tacoma, WA, from Seattle, WA. Turning into a single family house homeowner (blech).

The finances to do this were stupid hard. but now that I have property, I'll be catered to. also blech.

I look forward to imploding my property value through aggressive upzoning, increasing diversity, and seeking policies that, at the least, put renters on an equal footing.

I'm almost tempted these days to think that proper mass housing should come through mass apartments owned by the city.
