   @rey @Elizafox the funny thing is that the retaining wall specs she wants are not in compliance with what the neighborhood association covenants require, so she is going to have to change it back anyway

      @Elizafox @rey she literally believes that building a 5 foot tall retaining wall will stop water from pooling in her yard (she lives toward the bottom of the hill), when in reality it will just flow under the wall... she also rents this shit out and therefore has plenty of money that do this herself... not to mention it's her wall to begin with, but "our" dirt she says
