   Since the battlefield has shifted to the cloud, we probably need to answer with sexy decentralized apps and services (other than only evangelizing about privacy and freedom).

      We certainly need to update our notion of software freedom to account for changes in computing. But, I don't think the older notions of software freedom (as stated in the four freedoms) are obsolete. They are essential. But, we probably need to add a few more freedoms to that list.
