Thor, the Norseman has moved!If English were written more like the other European languages, it would be dense, clipped and full of accent marks. Imagine taking out all the silent letters, disambiguating all the vowels, adding accented letters for all the sounds that didn't exist in Latin, etc. It would look like a mix of Czech and Icelandic.
