   my rewrite of @nowplaying is going well so far.

   looks like it will even be functional enough to host my New Years 1997 playlist on Sunday, so I will kick off 2018 by doing a hot demo and code drop without any unit tests and you can bet on a live edit in production or three throughout the day because that is just how i roll.

      ultimately @nowplaying should end up being an activitypub server of its own that federates with masto, peertube, etc. :thaenking:
