        @yukiame whoa, that's early. SuSE existed back then? i thought linux itself then is distributed around newsgroups?

          @xahlee yeas and 91 the linux 1.0 kernel was released . I switched permanently 96 to Linux

            @yukiame @xahlee My first Linux was Amiga Watchtower with Linux 1.3, so it must have been 1995. My first one on PC hardware was Slackware '96.

            Debian "hamm" 2.0 was my first Debian and I stayed on Debian until Ubuntu came out. It was so awesome that you could order Ubuntu CDs for free. Best marketing gimmick ever.

                I had dumb phones until 2010, my first smart phone was the /// X10 Mini Pro. Still miss it.
