@vfrmedia @Shamar Yes. The societies that we live in are fucked up but in our spaces we can work out so at least we can all feel safe because as a community we are keeping each others back.

1) not building up the "superhero" ego in our communities
2) keep people accountable
3) believe women when they speak up
4) set up mechanisms and spaces in the organizations (like one for CCC) to not allow known perpetrators in the space, have a way to report problems
