@joop I only use social media every second day. Other days I'm forced to overcome the small effort threshold to start doing something productive or read something more useful.
It's easier to give up the social media fix when you know it's coming tomorrow. Easier than taking some max usage time per day.
Makes me notice that the off days are usually more enjoyable, and so probably trains me to overcome the addiction. Been doing this for about four months now. Recommend it warmly.
