      @zoowar Bagels are not common here at all. They exist in supermarkets but I'm not aware of any street food shops selling them.

        There is about 1 bagel shop for every 2 coffee shops in the places I have lived. Though west coast shops don't seem to be aware that you can make egg based bagels.
