so, here's a tip from me to you, if you are trying to figure out how to mitigate today's vulnerability drops: what's your threat model?
if you don't have one at the ready, then you probably need no mitigation beyond being careful what software you install, which you should always be regardless, because of things like this.
If you do, you probably already have more qualified counsel on the topic than Sundog.
