Suing people for having vulnerabilities always bothers me. Equifax should be hammered HARD - they made a big pile of PII and then were negligent. But Intel found out a thing had unexpected consequences. How do you separate those ideas?
♲ @Ars Technica (arstechnica@twitter.com): After the security flaws became public, maybe we all could've predicted this #Meltdown #Spectre https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2018/01/intel-faces-class-action-lawsuits-regarding-meltdown-and-spectre/

Well first of all I didn't think you considered companies as people, but also Intel's downplaying PR could be both because they were expecting a lawsuit and the actual trigger.

What do you mean by companies as people?

"Suing people for having vulnerabilities".

Oh - I see what you mean. Sorry. Just bad word choice.
