Anyone else on the EFF mailing list? Just saw this come through:

"EFF seeks an expert specifically familiar with the way Comcast's cable modems work and the deployment infrastructure around 2013. We don't need the expert to testify or write a declaration at this stage, but are just looking to speak to someone knowledgeable.
