Just sat at my local mechanic shop, my little #lupo is in for replacement of a duff battery. My dashboard was also broken - I was using my satnav as a Speedo, not ideal - but that was fixed by pulling and reinserting the fuse. I can say with confidence that I did not try switching it off and on again! #doh
