That depends on what you mean by self-driving. You can certainly follow nice painted lines on a clean road, that's like an afternoon of OpenCV hacking. Add some kind of distance sensor and you've got automatic lane keeping right there. But no-one's going to write a thing that can self-drive in a blizzard any time soon
