   The dissonance on Twitter is fascinating. Is it the platform, or is it plucking something fundamental in people's reasoning? The witchtrial doctrine is so oderous.  I've seen people I know personally go quite mad there, in a far more intense fashion than anywhere else on social media.
   
   Even someone's racist old uncle on Facebook is capable of more nuance than the standard of discourse on Twitter.
