            @maiyannah I was actually more thinking of physiotherapy exercises or the back gel. I have back problems that flare up and I've found that drugs don't work. I find that lying on the floor with some cushions under my lower legs does help.

               @kevie Yeah that kind of stuff can help circulatikn problems.  its difficult for me with the prosthetic though
