   On the section 702 stuff, I don't really grok how the best possible outcome is that Americans get some limited privacy but the rest of the world is fair game for the most invasive personal surveillance. Privacy is a fundamental right for everyone, not just a right specifically of Americans.

      @bob But its easy to get away with all kinds of nasty business so long as the in-group is assured they wouldnt be targetted.
