   Hey, anyone here good with phones? I'd like to set up an automated attendant/phone tree that doesn't actually connect to any live humans for art purposes, at minimal cost.

      @meredithmatthews You can use VOIP to set up IVRs that eventually go to a voice mail or recorded message pretty easily.  You'd still need to pay a small monthly fee for the number and some airtime though, which varies by provider.
