         Here in our uninsulated apartment with open windows in Hong Kong, we have returned to a comfy 20 degrees C room temperature and outside the window is blue skies and sun.

                  Summer brought its little friends. Haven't seen them for weeks, but last night I saw and retired 3 #haramböcek.
                  
                  I hope a lidded rubbish bin, all food waste in plastic bags and incessant vacuuming and mopping will make sure I never have to see 80 of them again, but we will see.
                  
                  I will pull out the washer machine and see if any hanky panky is going on behind there.
                  
                  The paper box vacation homes worked for a few weeks on September and October, but then the few survivors had bred followers that avoided them. Then, luckily, winter came.
                  
                  The dishwasher spray has improved the chase immensely. Will switch to killer spray only if it escalates to September levels.
