    Considering writing a primer on decentralization for people with low lech literacy. Any recs on what absolutely needs to be in there? Or even things that would be cool to have. Both specific examples and general info/advice/explanations.

      @medusa maybe to introduce concepts, a nod to familiar existing federated systems, like email (user@domain) and the telephone switching system (country code + area code + prefix + number ... 5 vs 7 vs 10 digit dialing in the USA)

        @medusa actually I don't know if the example would be useful to your document, but the ooold telephone system was federated and not even automated! You had to talk to the operator and give them an exchange and number and they would plug wires into switchboards to complete the call.
