      The world went into some sort of madness the reasons are multiple, strange and unknown.

      @xahlee Could not predict the details, but 1993-1994 is when I had a feminism / gender studies class and learned that everything wrong with the world was my fault as a straight male. This was followed by a race studies class where I learned that it wasn't really my fault because I'm not White.

            @xahlee Yea, I read Visions of the Anointed earlier this year. It was published in 1995 and while there were a few bits that I found off the mark, by and large it's extremely prescient in this direction.

               @xahlee or enough to the point where I would say he doesn't make those exact predictions but I imagine that if you were to take a time machine and tell him the current state of affairs, he would just shake his head knowingly.

               i read 3 time over the course of 10 years, since 2001 or so.

               the visions of annointed i got a pirated audio some 10+ years ago. But that audio is terrible, so i didn't read/hear much of it.

               i think his Black Rednecks and White Liberals would be great
