Thursday afternoon encouragement:
1. You (probably) won't ever be the best at everything. That's ok!
2. What people actually value as "best" is very different in communities, subgroups, and culture!
3. Being "best" means worrying about others vs. learning from them.
But...
1. Even if you're not the "best" at X, you can be the one who does X for your friends.
2. You can decide what you value and work toward that, not metrics.
3. You can make dang good things to be proud of/to help folks.
