   I criticise actions, not races, but people don't care about that really.  The money being paid into propogandizing has been expended to teach people to blanket condemn anyone critical of immigrants.  Even if they am themselves one.
   
   When my family first came to Canada there were a lot of growing pains because we had to integrate into a new culture.  And yeah, that was a bit of an uncomfortable time really because we were learning new cultural norms.  But we weren't here to colonize or take over another culture, we were here because it offered our family a better life. And I loved it.  I proudly call myself Canadian, even though I have a dual citizenship since I was born abroad.
   
   A lot of people ARE trying to essentially colonize the country though, and change it's value system to theirs, and frankly I really resent that.  Yeah call it hate speech if it wins you political points, but I don't think it's unreasonable to dislike that kind of intentional cultural imperialism.

      No, I don't give a shit what colour your skin is or what country you're from, if you pass the immigration requirements and embrace our culture then I'm glad to call you a fellow citizen.  Hell the first love of my life struggled because she was still learning english having immigrated from Asia.  What I don't like is when people come in and then act like they own the place and we owe them something.  And I really don't like to get into naming countries like that, but Americans and yes, some of my fellow Brits, are really bad for that.
