Alex@rtnVFRmedia Suffolk UK@cypnk @bob a lot of the backlash is because homeless folk have changed demographics from the "harmless old tramp[1]" to younger people who might more obviously show the signs of drug use.
A drugs outreach worker I know from birbsite described the UK as "The Phillipines of Europe". Not a complete exaggeration, as users are often given the option "get clean by "cold turkey/abstinence", or "stay out on the streets and die".
