A frail-feeling indoors day today, legs a bit jelly-like & general lethargy, a mild but persistent jittery pain still kerping me up @ 3am–none of it unexpected given 2 consecutive days of mild walking adventures & I suspect better than I would have experienced a year ago!
The weather felt as unsettled as my body did, cold w/a sweeping piebald sky, but the evening at least was poetic, clouds like the flash of fishscale in dark water.
May we give ourselves time to rest today!
