One of the best lessons that I learned in juggling is that it's OK to drop things. Everyone drops things.

I think I need to apply this more to my life. It's OK to drop things and make mistakes.

This is something we actively teach. Our #juggling class for kids is called "Drop Stuff Academy" because if you're not dropping things, you're not #learning. I point out to the kids that the same theory applies to everything. You're going to mess up, you're likely to look a bit stupid, and you end up knowing more for it. We also are actively against the sentence "I can't do that", insisting on adding "yet" to the end of it. #teaching #circus #lifelessons
