Harvested about 3.5kilos of tapioca tubers today. I had planted a few these plants about an year ago. Usually they take 6 months to reach maturity under ideal conditions. Chased by a small colony of ants and bitten by perhaps 30 of them when trying to harvest these. Legs still sore from the bites!
