   I still think a tablet would be a nice device but the two kindles I have had have been complete shit. Breaking them out since my phone is dead. Some of the problems would be easy to fix, like more space....able probably later kindled do but I dunno. Plus if if I get my phone fixed I can use one of them as backup.

         The device was on at the start of the trip. At least i know where to go since web audio doesnt work

            @musicman I have a cheap and small #Android tablet that I'm not using. Battery life isn't great, but it might be okay during a bus or train ride to and from work.
            
            I was planning on shipping it to one of my sons on Wednesday, but if you want it I can send it to you instead.

               @musicman I'm also getting rid of a Toshiba Thrive from back in the #Android 3.1 days. It probably has better battery life, but unless it gets rooted and a newer version of the OS installed, it probably won't run any modern programs.

               I'm tempted to take you up on it, but my commute is going to change drastically a week from today, so probably best to ship elsewhere (as long as you think it will get use)
