Read the link. The reporting is quite clear on suspected motivation and background of the suspect. The guy's tweet isn't supported at all by the link he's posted. But this is modern day social media, where nobody reads anything anymore, so he gets thousands of replies, all blindly nodding in approval.

None of them have read it, including the original poster.
