@taoeffect The same could be said about using GitHub, or flocking to mastodon.social like it's the only node in the federation. Or using Discord for the project chatroom. Or calling it 'the mastodon network'.

Then again, Mastodon is a net positive for decentralization and free software. I just wish it held on to those principles more.
