(⚗️ pnathan)@mrgah I started watching about a year ago, having never seen it. I got through, um, 6 episodes? By and large, I thought the characters were mostly atrociously written and the worldbuilding was absolute drek. And I've read a LOT of sci-fi. TNG's writers didn't really do a good job there.
Picard is an absolute *gem* as a character and as acted. Riker - okay. Data - okay. The others..... ::yuge shrug:: (let's assume Wesley doesn't exist)
