   @art if you don't mind me being nosy, what hardware, distro, and apps do you use for video production?

      You didn't ask me but it's always interesting to compare notes.

      CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-core
      GPU: Nvidia GT 630
      RAM: 24GB
      HD: 16GB SSD + 2 TB HD

      Main driver is Kdenlive, but I bring out Flowblade for quick edits. For audio tracks, I primarily use Qtractor + Audacity. I don't do much compositing, but when I do, I also use Natron (used to be Blender, but I don't do 3d stuff, so Natron makes more sense).
