My usual default response, is that most people appreciate Freedom of Speech, and support it, even if they've nothing to say. Thus, they should support the right of privacy in equal respect, even if they feel they've nothing to hide. -

We are pretty comfortable with each other but some discussions probably shouldn't enter the workplace, even at lunchtime.
