My acoustic guitar sounds flat. Dull. Shallow. It might be me. Maybe I need to find some new chords. New fingerings. Something. Then I try to remember the last time I replaced the strings. I can’t remember, which means: not recently. I wonder, more than a year? Definitely. I look at the single blue low E string ... a symbol of my support for a musician’s group raising awareness of child abuse. I’ll have to get a new blue string, too. New mantra: change your strings every Spring. #smallstories

@dogtrax Turn your spring into strings. Recycle your strings? Hang some lengths of pipe from them and make a windchime. It would be cool if the the tone of the chime was the same as the string. That way they would always be blowin' in the wind: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBDdLgBO0Nw
