Tanya **moved**@lauraritchie I am at a similar point. Recognizing the difficulties in straddling the higher ed & 'rest of world' worlds. The differences are not just in terms of content, but processes, structures & values. Thinking of backing out of OER18 which makes me sad, but (if I do it) also relieved - building & implementing an organizational learning strategy from the ground up is good work that I love, but also a full(++)time job.
